"If any man of you bring an offering unto the LORD, ye shall bring your offering of the cattle, [even] of the herd, and of the flock, if his offering [be] a burnt sacrifice of the herd."

There are many offerings spoken of ; sin, guilt, peace and such. An integral part of these sacrifice involves it being used by people. The sacrifice is not complete until it has been eaten. The exception to this pattern is the burnt sacrifice. Nothing is to be used from the burnt sacrifice. All is consumed on the fire. This is the only sacrifice to be offered by "any man", including gentiles.

A burnt offering can be done with the thoughts of a different offering. A gentile may bring it as a peace offering. However it must be consumed totally on the fire. To do otherwise would be an offense.

Today's sacrifices are with our prayer, charity and Torah. When a gentile does these things it must be burned completely on the fire. Nothing may remain.
